Description
This is a villain from a game of 'Masks' (by Magpie Games).
Scott's father worked alongside the first Velocity trying to make a formula that would be able to enhance people and make them faster and more able to retain knowledge and have more energy, sadly Scott's father died during a lab accident and all he had of his father were his notebooks detailing formulas and plans for the future and at first Scott was content, but then he saw the hero Velocity running around and not realizing it was his father’s lab partner under the mask thought that he must have stolen the formula to try and be a hero, working around the clock to try and remake his father's formula and once he thought he had it right he started taking it and went after the newest Velocity around, Velocity 3, unfortunately he hadn't made it quite the same so he couldn't compete truly when it came to speed but he could do something the Velocities couldn't due to the unsustainable of his formula, he could create copies of himself that would act in his interests but independent of him and if they died he gained their knowledge, using that to his advantage he has at time won victories over the different Velocities he has fought and other heroes but at the same time killing himself over and over has damaged his mind
